2016-Year in Review

Well, I don’t know about everyone else, but this last year has FLOWN by. I learned so much about myself and the person I want to become. Here’s some of the great things that happened to me from 2016!

Alex and I road tripped to see the sunrise at the Grand Canyon and it was breath taking. We drove up to the park and it was complete darkness. After pulling up to a pull off, we found a spot and watched the Grand Canyon slowly appear-it’s definitely a must see!!

I started to find my style-and fell in love with blogging all over again.

Made fitness and eating healthy part of my daily routine ever since my Doctor told me I had high cholesterol! I was able to change that naturally through healthy eating and exercise. It also gave me so much more confidence and energy!

I explored more of Colorado and disconnected from the world to be with the gorgeous nature God gave us.

I loved my husband even more with every passing day.

NOW-here are a few things I want to focus on in 2017:

1. Be more intentional
2. Go on a date once a month with Alex
3. Hike at least 2 more 14ers
4. Dedicate more time to things I love – blogging, hiking, camping and skiing
5. Give more of everything
6. Travel, travel, travel (so many places to see, so little time!)
7. Challenge myself in my faith

I could go on and on. I love setting goals, but I think I should stop and focus on these 7. Did anyone else make some un-stoppable goals for 2017? I want to hear them!

Here’s to another year we are gifted life and the craziness that comes along with it.

Thanks for reading and following along!
